2974 ~Nikunashi~ is a meatless, drinkable Shin Seafood Soup & Noodles.This is a Shin Tsukemen restaurant that serves authentic French truffle-scented "lobster bisque soup," low-sodium Nishiki miso made with carefully simmered Nishiki miso delivered directly from Honda Miso's main store in Kyoto to bring out its sweetness, and "white miso soy milk sea bream broth" fragrant with matsutake mushrooms.
